The maximum speed of electric vehicles shall not exceed 25 km/h
Vehicle quality (including batteries) is prohibited to exceed 55kg
Must be able to pedal
Motor power not exceeding 400W
Battery nominal voltage not exceeding 48 volts
You can't change the appearance of the vehicle at will!
If your electric car does not meet the above requirements
Then it belongs to the exceeding standard car.

The national standard for electric bicycles is "General Technical Specification for Electric Bicycles" (GB17761-2018), which was published to the public in January 2018, and the transition period from May 15, 2018 to April 14, 2019. It was formally implemented on April 15, 2019.

During the transition period, enterprises should be given a certain time to develop new products, adjust production lines and digest inventory products. Before the implementation of the new standards, enterprises are encouraged to organize production according to the new standards, enterprises are encouraged to sell products that meet the new standards, and consumers are encouraged to purchase products that meet the new standards.
New National Standard is the Best Choice for Purchasing Electric Bicycles
The new national standard of electric bicycle, based on the analysis of various fire accidents of electric bicycle in recent years, adds the safety contents of fire protection, flame retardant performance, charger protection and so on.
Tamper-proof (anti-refitting) requirements are put forward for the maximum speed and storage battery, leaving no room for the product to increase the maximum speed and vehicle weight after leaving the factory.
