At present, 18 new energy electric buses have been put into use in Yuping County, a total of 2 routes (Yuping to Yayu Bus Ring Line, Yangdian New Area to Shashuiping Ring Line), 10 electric buses from Yuping to Yayu Road, departure time is 06:15 to 18:30, every 25 minutes, starting from Yuping Bus Station, through 13 stations such as Tianping and Yayu, ticket price is 3 to 8 yuan; The departure time from New District to Shashuiping Road is from 06:30 to 18:00, with a starting price of 2 yuan. On Fridays, 15:30 p.m. and Sundays, in order to make it easier for students to go home and return to school on weekends, temporary bus lines from Yuping Street Garden to the new campus of Yuping Minority Middle School were specially adjusted.
Passengers said: "In the past, the exhaust emissions from the fuel bus we took had an impact on the urban environment. Now, when we take this new energy bus, the noise is reduced, the exhaust is gone, and the air in our city is getting better and better."
It is reported that each new energy electric bus charges at full capacity in about 40 minutes, and can travel 100-120 kilometers after full power. At present, there are two charging stations in the county, which are located in Yuping bus station (3 charging piles) and Tianping bus station (2 charging piles).
According to Zhao Jianyu, director of the county road transport bureau, the new energy electric buses used in the county can basically achieve zero emission. The running price per kilometer is 50% lower than the original one. This cost benefits the people and reduces the ticket price by 50%.
Compared with traditional vehicles, electric buses have better performance in control, stability and safety. At the same time, the energy structure of pure electric vehicles can be diversified, and zero emission and no pollution can be achieved in pollutant emission.
